Lavender Infused Honey

Lavender flowers were added to our local honey and then positioned to soak up some sunlight for two weeks. After infusing for some time, I strained off the lavender flowers. I bottle this honey in glass Muth style jars with cork lids. The honey captures the lovely lady lavender in the best way. 

The honey used is honey from our farm here in middle Tennessee.
